This license shall automatically terminate if you:

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from the use of BNGC's services shall be submitted exclusively to the proper courts of Puerto Princesa City, Palawan.
Changes to Terms
BNGC reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at its discretion. In the event of material changes, we will notify users at least thirty (30) days prior to effectivity through our website, application, or registered contact details. Continued use of our services after the effective date of such changes shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
